1. Subscription Packages

Premium $10:

Provides access to exclusive features such as personalized local Quran recitations, adhan notifications by local muazzins, and enhanced referral rewards. Participates in the referral program with potential rewards based on the number of referrals and their subscription.

Premium Saving $20:

A new package offering premium features along with the opportunity to earn referral-based incentives, including a $5 direct reward for each successful referral. Users can benefit from enhanced earning potential through different referral levels.

AsSalam Saving $40:

Similar to the Premium Saving $20 package, this plan includes extended earning opportunities through the referral system. Users earn higher-level rewards with more significant incentives for their referrals. This package is ideal for users looking for more substantial rewards and higher participation in the referral network.

2. Subscription Duration

Annual Subscription:

Only Premium $10 subscription package is valid for one year from the date of purchase. While the other two subscription packages of Premium Saving $20 and AsSalam Saving $40 are one-time subscription purchases. During this period, you will have full access to all features provided by the subscription package you choose.

3. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Auto-Renewal:

Only Premium $10 subscription package will automatically renew at the end of the one-year period unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Renewal charges will be based on the current subscription price.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app. If canceled, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next term. Please note that canceling a subscription does not result in a refund of any paid fees, as all sales are final.

4. Referral Program and Rewards

Referral Levels:

Subscription packages are tied to a referral program that allows users to earn rewards based on successful referrals. For Premium $10 subscribers, rewards start at Level 1 (6 referrals) and increase with higher levels. The Premium Saving $20 and AsSalam Saving $40 packages offer additional earning opportunities through higher-level referrals, with the Premium Saving $20 offering a $5 direct reward for each successful referral, and $10 direct reward for each successful AsSalam Saving package referral.

Referral Program Eligibility:

Subscribers must refer others to the same subscription package they have subscribed to (e.g., Premium $10 subscribers can only refer others to Premium $10, Premium Saving $20 subscribers can only refer to Premium Saving $20, and AsSalam Saving $40 subscribers can only refer to AsSalam Saving $40).

5. Subscription Transfers

Non-Transferrable:

Subscriptions are tied to individual accounts and cannot be transferred to another user. Each user must maintain their own subscription for access to premium features.

6. Changes to Subscription Packages

Modification of Packages:

AsSalam reserves the right to modify or discontinue any subscription package, including the price, features, or rewards, at any time. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers in advance, and users will have the option to cancel their subscription before the changes take effect.
