1. Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Methods:

AsSalam offers Stripe payment method, where you can securely pay using credit or debit cards through the Stripe payment gateway. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways, and no sensitive financial information is stored on our servers.

Currency:

All payments will be processed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated within the app. Local currency may apply depending on your location, with conversion rates subject to fluctuation.

2. Payment Authorization

By providing your payment information through Stripe, you authorize AsSalam to charge your selected payment method for the amount specified during the checkout process.

It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds or credit are available to cover the subscription fees.

3.Infaq Contributions

AsSalam now includes an Infaq feature, allowing users to donate to Madrasah Seberang Tuan Chik Terengganu's Infaq campaigns to support Islamic education and charitable initiatives. The infaq feature was added to allow users to gain spiritual rewards while supporting education and welfare projects for those in need.

Users can choose from the following infaq amounts; RM2.00, RM5.00, RM10.00, RM50.00, RM100.00, RM1,000.00, RM5,000.00, RM10,000.00

Users also have the option to manually enter any infaq amount they wish to donate, without being restricted to the preset options. Every donation contributes to Madrasah Seberang Tuan Chik Terengganu’s ongoing programs, helping to sustain and expand educational and religious initiatives.

Users who promote the infaq link will receive a 10% reward for first-level referrals. The minimum claimable amount for infaq affiliate rewards is RM50.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

No Refunds:

All payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable. Once the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cases of unused or partially used services. Please review all subscription benefits and terms before making your payment. Donations made through the Infaq feature are final and non-refundable, as they go directly to charitable causes.

5. Subscription Renewal

Auto-Renewal:

Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the billing period (one year) unless canceled prior to the renewal date. By agreeing to auto-renewal, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method (via Stripe) the applicable fee at the start of each renewal term.

Cancellation of Auto-Renewal:

You can cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription at any time through the app’s account settings. Cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle, and no charges will be made for future periods.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card information, or any other issue, your access to premium features may be suspended until the payment is successfully processed.
